Cloud & AI Strategy Roadmaps
A sequenced, costed plan that connects business objectives to platform decisions — with the tradeoffs written down and the first ninety days made concrete.
For Each Group LLC is an independent consultancy for enterprises that have outgrown proofs of concept. We design the cloud platforms, data foundations, and AI systems your business case already assumed you had — and we stay until they run in production.
Most organizations do not fail at cloud, data, or AI because a platform was the wrong choice. They stall because ownership is unclear, the data model cannot answer the question being asked, security is bolted on at the end, and no one is accountable for the path from prototype to production.
For Each Group closes that gap. We work at the intersection of enterprise architecture and hands-on delivery — producing decisions you can defend to a board, artifacts your engineers can build from, and platforms your operations team can actually run.
Every engagement starts with the outcome you are accountable for, then works backward to the architecture that supports it.
A sequenced, costed plan that connects business objectives to platform decisions — with the tradeoffs written down and the first ninety days made concrete.
Lakehouse and warehouse designs, domain models, and semantic layers that give every downstream consumer the same trustworthy numbers.
Retrieval, orchestration, tool use, and evaluation patterns for assistants and agents that hold up under real users and real audit questions.
The pipelines, registries, monitoring, and release discipline that move a model out of a notebook and keep it healthy after go-live.
Hands-on across all three platforms — and the seams between them. Consolidate sprawling reports into governed semantic models over a Databricks or Fabric lakehouse, with performance and cost you can predict.
An independent read on what you have built: risk, resilience, security posture, cost drivers, and the operating model to keep standards alive.
Standing senior architecture leadership — standards, review boards, roadmap ownership, and mentorship — at a fraction of a full-time hire.
Send us the outcome you are chasing. We will tell you which engagement is the shortest path — even when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
Talk it through →You always know what is being produced, who owns it, and what it costs before the phase begins.
Interviews, estate review, and a clear-eyed read of your current environment, constraints, and the decisions already made.
Target architecture, tradeoff analysis, reference patterns, and a sequenced roadmap tied to business outcomes and budget.
Hands-on build alongside your team — landing zones, pipelines, models, and the guardrails that keep them safe.
Runbooks, governance forums, cost review, and enablement so the platform outlives the engagement.
Founder & Principal Architect, For Each Group LLC
Rodney founded For Each Group to give organizations direct access to senior architecture judgment — the kind usually buried three layers deep in a large systems integrator. His work spans cloud platform design, enterprise data and analytics architecture, and the productionization of AI systems, with a consistent focus on making complex platforms operable by the teams who inherit them.
He works as a hands-on principal rather than a practice manager: the person who assesses your estate is the person who designs the target state and reviews the code that gets you there. Engagements are deliberately kept few and deep, so clients get continuity instead of a rotating bench.
